Mohini Apsara Sadhana
Introduction- Amrabati is said to be the prasad of the grace of 16,108 Apsaras of Aishwarya Bahan, the capital of Debraj Indra of heaven. Out of these 16,108 Apsaras, 108 Apsaras were manifested by Lord Indra himself by meditating on the 108 hymns of the Vedas.
The heroines of these 108 are Menaka and Rambha etc. Fearing the penance of Nar Narayan, Indradev sent Rambha, Menaka etc. 16 prominent Apsaras.
Then the male got angry and hit his right thigh with his palm and generated 16000 Apsaras like Urvashi and sent them to Indra. Significance: Considering the prosperity of these Apsaras as capable, many sages and kings did their spiritual practices or got them done by Brahmins. Because of which many of these Apsaras stayed with Atul Baibhab on earth for a long time with these sadhaks. Among these, the legends of King Pururava and Vishwamitra are famous. Special: Out of these 16,108 Apsaras, there are only a few who are easily proven and bestow prosperity by living with the seeker. Here the sadhna of Cable Mohini Apsara is being described. These are very beneficial practices especially for progress in the art field.
मंत्र : ॐ मोहिनी मोहिन्यै स्वाहा।।
Mantra: Om Mohini Mohinyai Swaha.
Ritual: From Saptami, chanting 7000 chants on Amavasya under the Butt tree with the above mantra, then till the next full moon i.e. for 23 days, then the grace of Goddess is there. This goddess creates hypnosis power in the seeker that no one listens to the talk of the seeker but should not misuse the power. Prabhab: By the grace of Devi, one gets the means and wealth of worldly pleasures and gets the power of attraction. By misusing power and money, the seeker suffers.
